KHAR: Two children were killed and two others wounded when the roof of a house collapsed in Salarzai tehsil of Bajaur tribal district on Friday, residents and Rescue 1122 officials said.
They said the incident occurred in Saro Wano area, adding four children were playing under the roof when it collapsed.
They said Alhaj Bibi, 6, and Baituallah, 4, died on the spot and Huma Bibi, 2, and Zeba Bibi, 3, were seriously injured.
A Rescue 1122 official said a team of rescuers and medical personnel retrieved the bodies and wounded from the rubble, and shifted them to the district headquarters hospital, Khar.
