Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi will connect with thought leaders from around the world to address the coroanvirus pandemic.

According to a statement from the Foreign Office, Qureshi invited four "global thought leaders for an inaugural session to discuss post-Covid-19 realities in the global geopolitical and socio-economic landscape".

The thought leaders included Dr William Ury, co-founder of Harvard University’s programme on negotiation, Professor Kishore Mahbubani, former president of the United Nations Security Council, Dr Kevin P Gallagher, director of the Boston University’s Global Development Policy Centre and Dr Adil Najam, the inaugural Dean of the Frederick S Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University.
