Commissioner Karachi Iftikhar Ali Shallwani has issued standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bicycle riders in the city.
The SOPs direct the riders to wear helmets and maintain social distancing among other precautions. According to the notification "violation of the SOPs will make riders liable to prosecution under the relevant traffic laws".
