Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said the government is utilising all resources to bring back stranded Pakistanis in different phases, according to Radio Pakistan.
During a visit to the Emergency Crisis Management Unit at the Foreign Office, he said: "The government is aware of the difficulties being faced by overseas Pakistanis who wish to return home."
He added that 11,529 people have been brought back so far, while another 62,709 were waiting to be repatriated.
