President Dr Arif Alvi urged people, including politicians and opinion makers, to keep an open mind regarding the handling of the coronavirus outbreak, stating that "as data comes in, opinions change".
In a tweet, he said: "Lockdown or no lockdown? Coronavirus is new so there is a major difference of opinion in the world and in Pakistan on how to handle it. As data comes in, opinions change. So please keep an open mind."
