SAPM on Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that YouTube users can enlist with PID to spread information and awareness about the novel coronavirus.
She said that the government was "prepared to support" YouTubers, who already have channels on the video sharing platform, or plan to start one.
YouTube users can get accreditation from the information ministry, Awan said, adding that the step will also enable influencers to generate revenue in difficult times such as these.
