Sindh govt decides Ramazan lockdown SOPs

The Sindh government has issued details of lockdown measures that will be taken in the province during the month of Ramazan.

During a meeting chaired by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, it was decided that:

  • Businesses will be allowed to open from Monday-Thursday from 9am-3pm

  • Grocery shops will remain open from 8am-5pm

  • Food delivery will be allowed from 5-10pm

  • Food delivery will not be allowed at Sehri time

  • Lockdown will be imposed after 5pm

  • Ehteram Ramazan Ordinance will be in place

An official notification will be issued by the home ministry regarding the above-decided standard operating procedures.
