1. No carpets in mosques and imam bargahs. People are encouraged to bring their own prayer mats.

  2. Social distancing will be observed.

  3. Refrain from talking and discussions in mosques.

  4. Mosques which have compounds will hold prayers outside rather than inside the building.

  5. Elderly and sick people will not come to mosques.

  6. Taraweeh preparations will be made only in mosques, not on roads

  7. People will be encouraged to offer Taraweeh at home.

  8. Mosque floors will be washed with chlorine disinfectants.

  9. Prayer mats will also be disinfected with chlorine mixture.

  10. Congregational rows will be formed with a 6ft distance be between worshippers.

  11. Committees will be formed to ensure preventive steps are followed.

  12. Ablution should be performed at home.

  13. Necessary to wear masks at mosques.

  14. No handshakes or hugs

  15. Worshippers will refrain from touching their faces.

  16. Better to do aitekaf at home

  17. No preparations for sehri and iftaari be made in mosques.

  18. Mosque administration will remain in contact with local police administration and cooperate with them.

  19. Mosque administration and police are asked to maintain social distancing during prayers.

  20. Government can review and change any part of its policy on mosques during Ramazan if it feels these measures are not being followed or the rise in cases is exponential.
