PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has allowed the private educational institutions to open their offices during the first five days of each month for disbursement of salaries to the staff members.

The relief, rehabilitation and settlement department on Tuesday issued a notification directing the private educational institutions to open offices with strict observance of certain conditions set by the department.

The administrative staff disbursing salaries shall not exceed four persons. At the time of disbursement of salaries, no more than five persons should be allowed to receive salaries in the salary distribution area. The staff should sanitise their hands and wear masks and maintain three feet distance from each other.

The department also directed the private educational institutions to strictly observe all precautionary measures as notified by the provincial government from time to time to contain Covid-19.
