KARACHI: A 85-year-old man was murdered in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on Sunday morning, police said.

They added that unknown suspects killed Abdul Ma­­teen Khan inside his home in Block-6. The incident occu­rred at around 6am.

The body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hos­pital, where doctors confirmed that he was killed with a hard and blunt object.

The officer said that the victim was unmarried and had been living with his doctor nephew and his family.
