Finance adviser Hafeez Sheikh has highlighted three elements from the government's strategy to deal with the economic impact of coronavirus. They are:

  • Getting rid of a medical emergency
  • Giving relief to the affected people and industries
  • Introducing a stimulus package that can "strike a balance between worrying about the virus and sustaining the economy".
