HYDERABAD, Aug 24: The Federal Minister for Water and Power, Mr Liaquat Jatoi, has restored the allowance of Rs400 per month of Wapda employees and has regularized the services of daily wage employees working for 15 years in the organization.
According to a press statement of Paigham Union, a delegation of Jamshoro powerhouse union, under the leadership of Altaf Baloch, had met the minister on August 22 at the Jamshoro thermal colony.
The minister also announced to up grade the school of thermal colony to a high school.
