TAXILA: The Punjab government would spend Rs669.96 million on 15 development projects in Attock.

Talking to newsmen on Friday, Deputy Commissioner Ali Anan Qammar said a warehouse at the District Headquarters Hospital Attock would be set up at a cost of Rs17.945 million while a new building would be constructed at Govt Boys College Hassanabdal at a cost of Rs40.825 million.

Besides, a model cattle market was being opened in Gondal costing Rs174.963 million and a new building for the police station Hazro city costing Rs90.35 million.

Moreover, Rs36.724 million would be spent on the completion of Rescue 1122 building in Hasanabdal.

He said Rs93.359 million would be spent on the building of Special Education Centre at Mansar while Rs72.945 million would be spent on the construction of a new building for the Attock Saddar police station.

The DC said a fish seeding farm was being set up at a cost of Rs46.98 million while Rs40.209 million would be spent on the establishment of Kheri Moorat livestock research centre.

He said construction of the prosecutor office would be completed at a cost of Rs13.52 million in the Attock city.
