Nine judges transferred

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has transferred and posted various judges.

According to a notification issued by the KP establishment department here on Wednesday, Mohammad Farhatullah Khan, judge consumer court DI Khan, has been asked to report to the Peshawar High Court. Abdur Rauf Khan, judge consumer court Tank, has been posted as judge consumer court Kohat; Badruddin, judge consumer court Kohat, has been posted as judge consumer court DI Khan; Gohar Rehman, OSD high court, has been posted as judge consumer court Swat; Shahnaz Hameed Khattak, judge consumer court Haripur, has been asked to report to the PHC.

Meanwhile, Jehanzeb Shinwari, judge consumer court Bannu, has been asked to report to the high court; Mamrez Khan Khalil, OSD PHC, has been posted as judge consumer court Haripur; Liaqat Ali, judge consumer court Karak, has been asked to report to the high court, and Azhar Ali, judge consumer court Mansehra, has been asked to report to the high court.

Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman, after consultation with the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, has appointed Mian Mohammad, special secretary LG&RD, as member KP Services Tribunal for a period of three years.

Ahmad Hassan Khan, Member KP Services Tribunal, has been transferred and posted as Chairman Provincial Inspection Team, according to a notification issued by the establishment department on Wednesday.
