LAHORE: An exhibition of photographs by Gulraiz Ghouri, titled ‘Charming Pakistan’ featuring different places of the country, opened at the Alhamra Art Centre, The Mall, on Monday.

Provincial Minister for Law Raja Basharat along with LAC Executive Director Ather Ali Khan inaugurated the exhibition, which will remain open for five days.

Speaking on the occasion, the minister said Pakistan was depicted well through the photographs and such exhibitions also help in promoting tourism. He said the exhibition had generated interest among people to tour Pakistan and explore its natural treasures.

Mr Ather Ali Khan held the photographer in high esteem for putting on display such a valuable exhibition, saying the photographs were the reflection of wonderful and magnificent landscape of Pakistan.

The artist was of the view that the LAC was a great platform for both seasoned and young artists.

The exhibition features 50 photographs of different places of Pakistan.
