MIRPURKHAS: SSC-I results announced

MIRPURKHAS, Aug 16: The chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Mirpurkhas, Prof Anwar Ahmedzai, has announced results of SSC part-I (science group) annual examination 2005.

Speaking at a press conference here, he said that of the 18,480 candidates who appeared in the SSC part-I examinations, 14,728, were declared successful in five papers, 2,197 in four papers, 968 in three papers, 381 in two papers and 159 could clear only one paper while 47 failed in five papers.

He said that the supplementary examinations of SSC part-II (class-X) science and general groups would be held on September 27.
