MINGORA: Three people, including two children, were suffocated to death because of gas leak in Tahirabad area of Banr in Swat on Tuesday night.

The incident occurred in the house of one Abdur Raziq at Mohallah Azizabad in Tahirabad, Swat, leaving three people dead after exposure to gas in their room. The victims were identified as Abdur Raziq and his two grandchildren Ubaidullah, 11, and Hazrat Nabi, 12.

According to family members of the victims, the heater remained switched on after gas outage and when the supply resumed it caused their death due to suffocation during the night.
