Nawaz Sharif

MANY responsible leaders including the prime minister were heard saying that PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif by the look of him did not seem to be critically ill while boarding a plane at Lahore airport or when he landed in London.

Although I hold no brief for the PML-N leader I would like to point out that being critically ill doesn’t mean you can’t stand or move about.

In this respect I would like to point out the critically ill US Republican Senator John McCain who attended Senate proceedings and took active part in many political and social activities till he died of brain cancer in August 2018.
