Selena Gomez announces her new album release date

In a trailer shared to YouTube, Gomez announced that the still-untitled record — currently referred to as “SG2” — will be released on January 10.

The video features excerpts from Instagram livestreams of Gomez working on the new record as well as snippets of two recently released songs, “Look at Her Now” and “Lose You To Love Me”, that will also appear on the new album.

Gomez also teased that the final title and track list will be “coming soon.”

Fans will be able to pre-order the new album on digital music services as well as retailers such as Target, which will have a special version of the album with additional tracks.

New look for Sonic the Hedgehog

If you have been following the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie trailers and posters, then you must have noticed the weird eyes, human-like teeth and muscular legs of Sonic, which received a huge backlash from all over the world.

Thankfully, Paramount and Sega took this criticism seriously and director Jeff Fowler announced in May that the film would be delayed so that the production team could work on Sonic’s appearance. Now a new trailer has been released and we can see Sonic is brought back to his original look.

The new trailer features Sonic, voiced by Ben Schwartz, grabbing the attention of the US government and the villainous Dr Robotnik (Jim Carrey) due to his incredible speed. Sonic befriends a new human friend Tom (James Marsden) who helps him escape from Robotnik. The pair set off on a journey to stop Robotnik as Sonic becomes a hero for earth.

First trailer of Call of the Wild

Twentieth Century Fox released the first trailer for its upcoming film adaptation of Jack London’s adventure novel The Call of the Wild.

Directed by Chris Sanders, the live-action movie stars Harrison Ford alongside photorealistic animated animals. It is set for theatrical release in 2020 and co-stars Dan Stevens, Karen Gillan, Omar Sy and Bradley Whitford.

“The Call of the Wild vividly brings to the screen the story of Buck, a big-hearted dog whose blissful domestic life is turned upside down when he is suddenly uprooted from his California home and transplanted to the exotic wilds of the Alaskan Yukon during the Gold Rush of the 1890s,” a synopsis said.

The movie marks Ford’s first on-screen film role since 2017’s Blade Runner 2049. He lent his voice to the character of Rooster in the cartoon blockbuster The Secret Life of Pets 2 earlier this year.
