ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Railways has decided to sell its scrap valued at Rs1,250 million, the Ministry of Railways informed the National Assembly Standing Committee on Monday.
The chairman Railways Board said that three stores at Karachi, Sukkur and Lahore were being established for dumping the scrap of three types. He said 34 theft cases had been registered and the stolen scrap had been recovered.
