Jashn-i-Azadi sports

KARACHI, Aug 9: The City District Government, Karachi (CDGK) has planned Jashn-i-Azadi festival as part of its Independence Day celebrationsy. The festival will be organised from Aug 11 to 14 at City Sports Complex, Kashmir Road and the Independence Day boxing matches will be held on Aug 15 and 16 at Peoples Sports Complex.

An all-Karachi women badminton tournament began on Tuesday at Women Sports Complex, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, in which fifty players are taking part. The final of a shootingball will be held at the City Sports Complex on Aug 10. —APP
