KARACHI: In an effort to collect donations to promote healthy eating habits in children, students of the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (Szabist) conducted an activity at Dar-ul-Sukoon on Tuesday.

One group chose to create a prototype of a café based on nostalgia, another saw students conducting an activity where all the children were shown Popeye cartoons in which he got his energy from eating spinach. The children were also provided homemade dishes. There were also games such as dancing statue, musical chairs, etc.

Tariq Samuel, a manager at Dar-ul-Sukoon, said that he was delighted to see so much enthusiasm in today’s generation.

“The way these students delivered their message about healthy eating habits was outstanding. I hope they continue with such enthusiasm throughout their practical life,” he said.
