PESHAWAR, Aug 4: Leader of Opposition in NWFP Assembly Shezada Gastasap has said that the opinion of Supreme Court on Hasba bill is in accordance with requirements of justice.

He said the apex court opinion had proved that the point of view of opposition parties in NWFP Assembly over the controversial bill was correct.

The opposition parties were of opinion that the bill was in conflict with the Constitution of Pakistan and the Supreme court has upheld their point of view.

He said the NWFP government was novice in legislation that was why when the bill was tabled in the assembly it was claimed that the document was in conformity with the Constitution.

Responding to a question, Shezada Gastasap said the opposition would chalk out its strategy after the bill in the provincial assembly is tabled again.—APP
