Schengen visa

Published September 28, 2019

MY daughter, who resides in Karachi, went to Islamabad recently for an interview for her Schengen visa. The visa officer objected to her passport size photograph — which was a latest one, but he asked her to get another one.

While this was going on, the officer kept the visa fee of Rs10,300 and did not give her any receipt. He sent her passport back to Karachi without a refusal letter.

So I don’t understand what is going on. She didn’t get her visa, the visa officer objected to the photograph and he kept the fee too?

I request the authorities concerned to at least give us a refund.
