LAHORE: The second phase of Pakistan senior hockey team’s training camp resumes here at the National Hockey Stadium on Wednesday.

The camp to be attended by 35 probables is being held to finalise and prepare the national team for the two-matches series against Holland, which also serves as a qualifying round for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Pakistan face a tough challenge from Holland in the qualifying round being staged in Amsterdam on Oct 26 and 27. In case of losing the series to Holland, the team will miss its second successive Olympic Games after failing to qualify for the 2016 Olympics staged in Rio de Janeiro.
