BATTAGRAM: The body of a missing teenage boy was found in Kuzabanda area of Battagram district on Tuesday night.

According to DPO Abdul Rauf Babar, the Kuzabanda police station had registered the report about the missing boy, Zubair, a resident of Trand Qalla, four days ago and had launched search for him.

He said that during investigations and after checking phone call record of the victim, the police arrested two suspects, Jalaluddin, a resident of Qalla, and Shamsher, a resident of Trand.

He said that during interrogation the two confessed to have killed the boy. The police recovered the body following information divulged by the two suspects.

The DPO said that according to the initial postmortem report, no evidence of sexual assault on the boy was found.
