DERA GHAZI KHAN: A woman and her son were killed in a bloody clash between two groups of a family of Dadoani tribe while four others suffered injuries here on Wednesday at Mauza Mutfariq Chehal Chahan in Choti Zaireen police precincts.

A dispute between two relative families of Dadoani tribe turned into a bloody clash when one group, led by Tota Khan and his son Muhammad Kaleem opened fire on the other party, headed by Doha Khan. As a result Doha’s wife Bihari Mai and her son Muhammad Saifal were killed on the spot while Muhammad Jamil and Bashir, sons of Doha, Tota and his son Kaleem suffered injuries.

Soon after the incident, Choti police and Rescue 1122 reached the spot and shifted the injured to trauma centre. The bodies were removed for autopsy.

Choti Zaireen SHO Chaudhry Ali Muhammad told Dawn that the situation was in control while a case would be registered on the report of the heirs of the deceased.
