KARACHI: Sindh Chief Secretary Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah on Monday inaugurated a complaint cell at Sindh Secretariat where general public as well as government officials can directly drop their grievance applications in a complaint box installed at the gates of Sindh Secretariat.
The application, after screening and scanning, would be sent to the officer concerned along with SMS to the applicant about its tracking number for follow-up.
