KASUR, July 24: Two seminary students lost their lives and eight others fainted after taking a poisonous meal in Naul village on Sunday. Police said some students of Madressah Ashraful Uloom fell unconscious after they took their meal.
They were rushed to the local DHQ Hospital where Musa Khan (18) of Chitral and Memoona Bibi (10) of Dera Ghazi Khan died. While eight others, including Amna Bibi, Zubaida Bibi, Sharifan Bibi and Shamim Akhtar, were under treatment.
Sadar police have registered a case and are investigating.—APP
