Bar council does not wish justice to be served?

The most educated community, but in Pakistan, that community is most uneducated, we are sorry for these leaders, who don't even read, and are asking to just fulfill their demands, it's totally unacceptable and unthinkable, Justice Isa was not honest from day 1, he was installed as CJ Balochistan HC without being a judge of that HC, he was immediately brought to SC and now the Masters are waiting install him as a CJ of SC to get their favorite decisions, but before that time, Justice was caught, thanks our investigations, he has the exact same case of like Nawaz Sharif, he must go.

The demand of withdrawal.is improper. Let the law take its course. LHCBA resolution for either consigning the refrence to the record room or take it back is not reasonable. In principles , a judge or any govt functionary is liable to explain or justify quatum of his or her.assets if they are beyond means either in or out side of country. LHCBA instead of politicizing the issue of accountability must file a motion.in Judicial council to be as joinder or a party and argue to have reference decide on merit. Unfortunately, LHCBA is playing its role as collective bargaining agent as it happens in.Industrial Relations under the Labour Laws. Under the circumstances , the reaction of LHCBA is highly objectionable and contrary to its mandate i.e., to uphold and support rule of law. In terms of its respectable position.LHCBA ought to have considered prior to passing this impugne resolution.that right of filing of reference against a judge is well protected under the Constitution if for the sake of argument , LHCBA wanted to.contest that this right is not exercised by ithe govt it may challenge it at proper forum instead of pressurizing govt by a frivolous resolution. In all earnest, LHCBA must show by its conduct that they are custodian of law and believe in.rule of law and prefer to. pursue and practice the golden principle that no one (including judges) is above the law. LHCBA accordingly review its conduct and rescind its resolution and adopt proper way.
