FOR all the phases (I to VIII) of DHA, Lahore, there is only one National Savings Centre in H block, phase III. Owing to this, it is overcrowded all the time. This is highly inconvenient, especially for old pensioners, senior citizens, including ladies.

The normal waiting/transaction time is two to three hours for a customer.

At least one or two more branches should be established in DHA, Lahore, while the present branch should be shifted to a more spacious building with more staff and a larger waiting area.

I request the authorities concerned, including the director general of the National Savings and the finance ministry, to resolve this issue.
