JHANG, July 16: Five women will contest for union council nazim slots in the district. This was said by women councillors network chairperson Mrs. Perveen Afza Sheikh after presiding over a meeting of the organization. She said the network had formed an electoral group — Khawateen Ittihad group — to field its candidates in the forthcoming local bodies elections.
She claimed that neither the candidates had affiliation with any political party nor support of any local group.
