KARACHI: Patrician Stars beat Usman Basketball Club 39-37 during the match of All Karachi Bahadur Ali Shaheed Basketball Tournament being organized by Karachi Basketball Club in collaboration with PSWA at the Arambagh courts on Monday.

Scorers for the winning side in this closely-fought contest were John Reuters (10) points, Stephen (8) and Richard (7). Scorers for the losers were Usman Yousuf (10) while Usman Khawaja and Shariq scored nine each.

Earlier, players of both teams were introduced to chief guest and national basketball selector Abdul Nasir Hayat, who lauded the organizers for holding an event to pay homage to Shaheed police officer Bahadur Ali who laid his life while fighting terrorism.
