ISLAMABAD: Maj Gen Nassar Al Athamneh, Chief of the Staff of Strategic Planning and Defence Resources of Jordan Armed Forces, called on Chief of the Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters on Monday.

Matters of mutual and professional interest with special emphasis on defence and security collaboration between the two brotherly countries were discussed, said a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Both sides agreed to optimise military-to-military ties particularly in training and counterterrorism domain.
