PESHAWAR, July 11: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday transferred and posted 32 judicial officers. According to an order released by Registrar Sher Shah Khan, inspection team member of the court Subhan Sher Khan has been transferred and posted as district and sessions judge (DSJ) Charssada. He will replace the only woman sessions judge in the province Mrs Irshad Qaiser, who has been transferred to Mardan. District and Sessions Judge Haripur Sahibzada Khursheed Ahmad has been posted as member inspection team. Sessions Judge Mardan Syed Afsar Shah will replace him.

District and Sessions Judge Kohistan Abdul Matin Khan has been transferred to Buner in place of Tariq Wali, who has been transferred to Karak.

Karak Additional District and Sessions Judge Azharul Habib has been transferred to Kohistan.

Additional Sessions Judge Lower Dir Khalil Khan Khalil has been transferred to Shangla. Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Fakhar Zaman, who was serving as secretary to the chief justice, has been transferred to Peshawar. He will be replaced by ADSJ, Abbottabad, Babar Ali Khan, as secretary to the chief justice.

Five ADSJs have been transferred from Peshawar to other districts: Muhammad Younas to Lower Dir, Tariq Yousafzai to Mansehra, Shaiber Khan to Swabi, Mahmoodul Hassan to D.I.Khan and Liaqat Ali Khan Marwat to Shangla.

Two ADSJs from Nowshera, Ms Mah Tallat and Naveed Ahmad Khan, have been transferred to Hangu and Takhtbai (Mardan). Similarly, two ADSJs from Swabi, Jamalud Din and Rafiullah Khan, have been transferred to Peshawar and Nowshera.

Other transferred ADSJs include: Zafar Iqbal Khan (from Dargai to Abbottabad), Gohar Rehman (D.I.Khan to Dargai), Syed Asgar Shah (Mansehra to Peshawar), Muhammad Younas Khan (Bannu to Mansehra), Muzzamil Shah Khattak (Mansehra to Bannu), Faqirur Rehman Jadoon (Charssada to Mardan), Muhammad Tariq Afridi (Mardan to Buner), Badruddin (Buner to Mardan), Muhammad Asif Khan (Takhtbai to Nowshera), Sardar Muhammad Irshad (Takhtbai to Swabi), Zahid Mahmood (Lakki Marwat to Takht-i-Nusrathi in Karak), Abdul Ghafoor Qureshi (Takht-i-Nusrati to Lakki Marwat) and Muhammad Bashir (Mansehra city to Balakot).
