PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Friday notified transfer and posting of 36 officers, including several administrative secretaries.

A notification issued from the establishment department said that Zafar Ali Shah awaiting posting at establishment department has been posted as secretary excise and taxation department.

Mohammad Abid Majeed also awaiting posting has been posted as secretary relief, rehabilitation and settlement department, while secretary planning and development Shahab Ali Shah was transferred and posted as principal secretary to chief minister.

Principal secretary to chief minister, Mohammad Israr, has been transferred and posted as secretary agriculture, while secretary excise and taxation Riaz Khan Mehsud was transferred and posted commissioner of Malakand division.

Higher Education Regulatory Authority chairman Asmatullah Khan has been posted as secretary mines and mineral department, while secretary mines and minerals Khaista Rehman was directed to report to the establishment department.

Director administration Tevta, Prof Sajjad Ali Shah, has been posted managing director Tevta against a vacant post, while director general excise and taxation Atif Rehman was transferred and posted as secretary planning and development department.

Secretary relief, Dr Asad Ali Khan, has been sent to his parent P&D department.
