KARACHI: A huge fire broke out in the Arambagh furniture market on Thursday evening, which was controlled after hectic efforts lasting for several hours, according to a fire brigade official.

The blaze erupted in a shop of the furniture market at around 6.30pm. Four fire tenders managed to control the blaze. The cause of fire and estimation of loss could not be made immediately.
