LAHORE: The federal government has abolished the budgetary allocation under the ‘Entertainment and Gifts’ and directed provincial governments that no such bill be entertained after Feb 1.
Governors and chief ministers had discretionary ‘entertainment and gifts’ funds to the tune of millions of rupees.
