HUB city is the only industrial estate of Balochitan with a population of more than a quarter of a million souls. It gains added importance as it is less than 20 kilometres from Karachi and the coastline.

Hub is facing serious issues like broken roads and a perennial dust haze in the air that is causing severe respiratory diseases and other illnesses. The situation is so bad that many citizens have no option except use masks during the day.

The district and town officials of Hub and the Balochistan government authorities need to address this matter on a top priority basis.
