KARACHI: Mayor Wasim Akhtar said on Tuesday that the municipal administration and all other stakeholders should be consulted before launch of any development projects in the city.

The mayor expressed these views while talking to a five-member delegation of World Bank’s global urban development programme that discussed with him the Karachi Neighbourhood Improvement Project of the international financial institution. The delegation was headed by WB’s global urban director Anna Wallenstein.
