KARACHI: Prime Minister Imran Khan is arriving in Karachi on a one day visit on Sunday.

This will be his first visit after becoming Prime Minister of Pakistan.

The prime minister would visit the mausoleum of the Quaid-i-Azam, lay a wreath and offer fateha.

He would also visit Mazar of Mohtarma Fatimah Jinnah and Shaheed-i-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan to offer fateha, Dawn learnt.

During his stay in the metropolis, the prime minister would preside over a meeting on law and order at State Guest House.

He would also address a party leaders’ meeting on the special development package for Karachi and other cities of the province.

Besides, the prime minister would also meet elites of the city and a delegation of business community leaders and get a briefing from officials concerned about on-going federal government projects in Karachi, including Green Line Bus project, K-4 water project and the ongoing operation to root out terrorism.

According to PTI sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan is expected to announce another special package to provide relief to the people.
