MURREE: Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar on Sunday said the administration would not be used against political rivals in the government of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

He stated this while talking to reporters at Bhurban where he announced that the Governor House in the resort village would remain opened for public from 10am to 6pm on every Sunday.

The governor said under the vision of the prime minister, decisions of public interest would be taken in consultation with the citizens at the grassroots level and for that purpose local government institutions were being revamped.

He said promises madeby the PTI government would be fulfilled, adding the government was struggling to solve all problems of the people.

Member National Assembly Sadaqat Ali Abbasi and MPA Latasab Satti thanked the governor for opening the Governor House to the public.
