The mayor suspended Assistant director Ishfaq Noori, forester Abdul Jalil and forest guard Nazim Shah.

He also sought explanation from director environment Irfan Niazi, director Ghizwan Shamshad and director Akhtar Rasool as to why they failed to remove bushes and gross. The mayor directed the environment wing to start to remove all wild bushes and gross.
