QUETTA: Breastfeeding plays an important role in the growth of newborn babies because a breastfed child is usually more strong and intelligent than the one deprived of it, said provincial Health Minister Faiz Kakar at a seminar held on Tuesday to create awareness about breastfeeding. Urging media personnel to create awareness about the benefits of breastfeeding, he said a majority of women nowadays were not willing to breastfeed their babies.
