The verdict in the Avenfield corruption reference is now expected at 4:30pm — the fifth delay in the announcement.

After a delay of several hours, it was reported that Accountability Judge Mohammad Bashir was announcing the verdict in the Avenfield case. The media had been asked to leave the courtroom.

However, it is now being reported that the decision was not being read out, but instead being discussed among both sides' lawyers. The media will be invited back into the courtroom when the decision is ready to be announced, which might take at least half an hour or more.
