LAHORE, May 29: The PML will ask the government to present a people-friendly budget for the next year, says party’s president Shujaat Husain. He told Dawn on Sunday that a meeting of the party’s senior leaders was scheduled to be held in Islamabad on Tuesday to work out recommendations. The party, he said, would ask the government to give facilities to the salaried people and take steps to bring down the prices of daily use items.
