First teaser trailer of The Predator

A young boy has inadvertently summoned the universe’s most deadly hunters in the first teaser trailer for The Predator.

The clip begins with an alien spacecraft landing on earth after a young boy (Jacob Tremblay) comes across Predator technology that sends out a signal.

A group of Predators is now unleashed on a small suburban town with a science teacher played by Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse) and group of ex-soldiers including Boyd Holbrook (Logan) and Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us), standing in its way.

The fight will prove challenging as Munn discovers that the Predators have become stronger by upgrading themselves with DNA from other species. The Predator is the fourth instalment in the sci-fi action series that began with 1987’s Predator starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The film is set to arrive in theatres on September 14.

Robin Hood, what is it about?

Taron Egerton is the new Robin of Loxley who stole from the rich and gave to the poor in the first teaser trailer for Robin Hood.

The clip released shows Jamie Foxx as Robin Hood’s friend and partner Little John, as the duo help mount a revolt against a corrupt English crown. Egerton is seen in the trailer taking out enemies in slow motion with his bow and arrow as townspeople gather in the streets to fight back against their oppressors. Ben Mendelsohn plays the villainous Sheriff of Nottingham.

Robin Hood, from director Otto Bathurst (Peaky Blinders, Black Mirror), is scheduled to arrive in theatres on November 21.
