Three sentenced to death

QUETTA, May 28: The sessions courts of Barkhan and Nasirabad have awarded capital punishment and fines to three convicts in separate murder cases. Additional Sessions Judge Barkhan at Loralai Abdul Rashid Umrani on Thursday convicted Jamil Ahmed and Rab Nawaz in separate murder cases and awarded them death penalty after prosecutions proved that they had killed two people in Rakhni and Barkhan, respectively.

Additional Sessions Judge Nasirabad at Dera Murad Jamali Abdul Majid Nasar sentenced Akbar to death penalty and a fine of Rs100,000 after prosecution proved that he had killed one Ghulam Nabi during a robbery bid in Goth Amir Ali of the Nasirabad district.
