QUETTA: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court on Monday took up a petition filed against delimitation of constituencies in Balochistan and decided to hear it on a regular basis.

The bench is comprised of Mr Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Mr Justice Abdullah Baloch.

The petition was filed by member of the Balochistan Assembly from Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party Abdul Majeed Khan Achakzai, former Senator Saifullah Magsi, MNA Sardar Kamal Khan Bangulzai, MPA Nawabzada Tariq Magsi, Naseer Ahmed Shahwani and others.

They have challenged new delimitation of constituencies in the province.
