BADIN: Dr Fehmida Mirza neither rejected nor confirmed the reports that she was likely to meet PTI chief Imran Khan during his visit to Karachi on Saturday, said Husnain Mirza, her elder son, on Friday.

Credible sources disclosed to Dawn that some disgruntled PPP leaders from Matiari, Sanghar, Jamshoro and other districts had also met Dr Mirza and discussed with her their future strategy in case they parted ways with the PPP.

Dilber Sindhi, a close aide of Dr Mirza, revealed that thousands of people would welcome Dr Fehmida Mirza on her arrival here on Tuesday and afterwards she would announce future strategy for her family and aides during her speech at a demonstration at the DC Chowk in Badin.
